Welcome to Pretty Garage Things! These Billing Terms (“Terms”) explain how payments are handled and outline your responsibilities when shopping on our website, prettygaragethings.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Methods & Pricing

Pricing:
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We may adjust product prices, promotions, or fees at any time without prior notice.

Accepted Payments:
We accept secure payments through:

- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

- PayPal

- Digital wallets such as Shop Pay, and Google Pay

All transactions are processed safely via Shopify Payments. We never store your full card information.

Taxes:
Prices exclude applicable taxes or duties unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all sales tax, VAT, or related charges in your region.
Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at checkout.

2. Orders & Billing Accuracy

Order Payments:
Full payment is required at checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an electronic invoice by email.
Please double-check that your billing details are accurate and up to date.

Billing Errors:
If an error occurs on our end, we’ll promptly correct it.

- Overcharged? You’ll receive a refund or credit.

- Undercharged? We’ll send an updated invoice for the remaining balance.

3. Billing Issues & Disputes

If you believe there’s a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us within 15 days of purchase at support@prettygaragethings.com

Include your order number, proof of payment, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll investigate and respond quickly. Refunds or adjustments (if applicable) will follow our Return Policy or Warranty Policy.

Failed Payments:
If your payment method is declined, we may pause or cancel your order until payment is received.

Late Payments:
For overdue balances, a 1.5% monthly late fee may apply. Orders or services may be suspended after 10 days of non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for our products or services within the six months prior to the issue.
