1. Payment Methods and Pricing
Pricing: All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars ($). We may change our product and service prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Billing
One-Time Purchases: Payment for all products is due upon receipt. You will receive an electronic invoice upon order completion. It is your responsibility to ensure your billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
Billing Errors: We will correct any billing errors we find on our end. If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the amount. If you have been undercharged, we will send you an updated invoice for the remaining balance.
3. Billing Issues and Disputes
If you experience a billing issue or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date at support@prettygaragethings.com.
Include your order number, proof of payment, and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your case and work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
If an adjustment or refund is warranted, it will be issued in accordance with the applicable product warranty or return policy.
If a payment method fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order until the full payment has been successfully processed.
Late Payments: If we don't receive your payment by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If payment is not received within 10 days after the due date, we may suspend or terminate your services until the payment is made in full.
4. Refunds and Credits
All refunds or credits are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which you can find here in Return Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Governing Law and Liability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia and the United States. Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for our products or services in the six months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.
