• Your order number

• Proof of purchase

🧾 How to Start a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email support@prettygaragethings.com and include:

1. The serial number of your Voltaic product.

2. A detailed description of the issue.

3. Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

4. A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once received, Voltaic’s quality team will review your case and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no charge under warranty.

Please note: No warranty service will be processed without the required documentation.

🔍 Warranty Coverage

The Voltaic 6-Month Limited Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Replacement of defective parts with new or equivalent-quality components.

Voltaic may, at its discretion:

1. Repair or replace defective parts at no cost, OR

2. Provide replacement parts equal to new in performance and reliability, OR

3. Refund the original purchase price (only for purchases made directly through Voltaic’s official store).

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including tires, tubes, bearings, chains, cables, or sprockets).

• Damage caused by improper use, assembly, or maintenance.

• Damage from accidents, neglect, storage issues, or water exposure.

• Cosmetic issues such as scratches, rips, or discoloration from regular use.

• Labor or service costs for repairs.

The warranty will be void if the product has been:

• Used for anything other than personal transportation or recreation.

• Modified or tampered with.

• Rented or used commercially.

• Exposed to wet or excessively humid conditions.

🔧 Warranty Service Options

Voltaic provides several service options depending on eligibility:

1. Mail-In Service
If eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to return your item. The product must be properly packaged and shipped within 30 days of receiving the label. Failure to ship within this timeframe will void the prepaid label, and a new claim must be filed.

2. DIY Parts Service
If applicable, replacement parts may be shipped directly to you along with installation instructions.

• If Voltaic requests the return of the defective part, a credit card authorization may be required as a security hold.

• The hold is released once the defective part is returned in accordance with instructions.

3. Customer-Paid Repairs or Returns
If your product is not eligible for prepaid service, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. Pretty Garage Things and Voltaic do not supply return packaging—customers must ensure safe, protective packing.

🌍 Service Limitations

Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was originally purchased. If service is required outside the original country of purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

Voltaic may repair or replace parts with those that meet local compliance standards.
