This brand offers a 30-day return period on most products, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
You must submit a return request within 30 days of purchase, along with all required information.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back. Items returned without approval will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, both the original shipping fee and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns due to buyer’s remorse (such as a change of mind). This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective items returned within the 30-day window.
Non-Defective or Incorrect Returns
If an item is returned and found to be:

The item may be shipped back to you at your expense, or the return shipping cost and applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Not all situations qualify for a return. If an issue can be resolved without a return, any approved return will require the customer to cover return shipping and applicable fees.

If approved, return instructions will be sent to you. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
You may be required to submit date-stamped photos or videos as proof. After review, one of the following resolutions may be offered:

Refunds apply to the product cost only and exclude shipping fees. The supplier reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
