Manufacturer Warranty
Cold Plunges products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your issue qualifies under this warranty, Pretty Garage Things can assist you in filing a replacement claim.
Please note:
- You are responsible for any expenses not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pretty Garage Things acts only as a facilitator and does not provide its own warranty for these products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is shipped back in its original packaging to protect it during transit. Items returned without the original or equivalent packaging may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
Contact Us To initiate a return or warranty claim, email support@prettygaragethings.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Package the Product Securely Use the original box and protective materials, or a similar alternative, to ensure the item arrives safely.
Ship Your Return Send the package to the address provided by our support team. Make sure your RA number is clearly marked on the package.
Inspection & Processing Once received, the item will be inspected to confirm eligibility. Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing.
Refund Notification If a refund is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@prettygaragethings.com with photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and work with Avanto to resolve it promptly.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return or warranty claim was approved and you haven’t received an update, please email support@prettygaragethings.com for assistance.
