15-Day Try-At-Home Program
At Pretty Garage Things, we want you to absolutely love your new ride! That’s why we offer a 15-Day Try-At-Home Program so you can make sure your bike fits your lifestyle perfectly.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your bike within 15 days of delivery. Just reach out to us at support@prettygaragethings.com or
Once your return is approved, pack your bike securely in its original shipping box and send it back. After we receive and inspect it to ensure it’s still in saleable condition, we’ll issue a full refund — you’ll only need to cover the return shipping cost.
📦 Important Notes
Bikes must be returned within 15 days of delivery and in new, saleable condition.
Returns made outside the 15-day window (without written approval) may be subject to a restocking fee:
$300 for bikes with under 50 miles returned within 30 days
$500 for bikes with under 150 miles returned within 60 days
Bikes that exceed these timeframes or mileage limits will not be accepted.
The bike must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
🧰 Returns for Merchandise & Parts
You can return unused merchandise or parts within 90 days of purchase, as long as they’re still new. Please note: Electrical components are only returnable if they’re defective.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. We’ll notify you if your return doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria.
