Refund & Return Policy
Returns Due to Defects or Shipping Errors (Within 30 Days)
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll make it right! You can request either a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
🆕 Return of New & Unused Items (Within 30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any new and unused item within 30 days of your order date for a full refund (minus return shipping).
Please note:-
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
🚲 Return of Used Items (Within 30 Days)
Used items may be returned within 30 days, subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee
- Buyer covering return shipping
Electric bikes must have fewer than 20 miles on the odometer and include all accessories. Missing accessories may result in additional restocking fees.
⏰ Returns Past the 30-Day Window (New & Unused Items)
We accept returns for new and unused items beyond 30 days with a partial refund, as follows:
- Within 2 months: 70% refund
- Within 3 months: 60% refund
- Within 3–4 months: 50% refund
- Over 4 months: No returns or refunds accepted
🔧 Used Items with Quality Issues (After 30 Days)
If you’re experiencing a quality-related issue after 30 days, we’ll assist with a repair under warranty, but refunds are not available past this point.

Please note: Misuse-related damage is not eligible for free return labels.
📦 Return Process & Timing
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support Team via support@prettygaragethings.com. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will appear on your original payment method within 3 business days. We do not accept COD (cash-on-delivery) shipments.
❌ Refused Shipments
Refusing delivery will incur a $75 fee per product to partially cover shipping costs.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Once received, our quality team will review your case and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Approved claims will receive replacement parts at no charge under warranty.
Please note: No warranty service will be processed without the required documentation.
🔍 Warranty Coverage
we 6-Month Limited Warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Replacement of defective parts with new or equivalent-quality components.
Pretty Garage Things may, at its discretion:
Repair or replace defective parts at no cost, OR
Provide replacement parts equal to new in performance and reliability, OR
Refund the original purchase price (only for purchases made directly through Voltaic’s official store).
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (including tires, tubes, bearings, chains, cables, or sprockets).
Damage caused by improper use, assembly, or maintenance.
Damage from accidents, neglect, storage issues, or water exposure.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches, rips, or discoloration from regular use.
Labor or service costs for repairs.
The warranty will be void if the product has been:
Used for anything other than personal transportation or recreation.
Modified or tampered with.
Rented or used commercially.
Exposed to wet or excessively humid conditions.
🔧 Warranty Service Options
We provides several service options depending on eligibility:
1. Mail-In Service If eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to return your item. The product must be properly packaged and shipped within 30 days of receiving the label. Failure to ship within this timeframe will void the prepaid label, and a new claim must be filed.
2. DIY Parts Service If applicable, replacement parts may be shipped directly to you along with installation instructions.
If we requests the return of the defective part, a credit card authorization may be required as a security hold.
The hold is released once the defective part is returned in accordance with instructions.
3. Customer-Paid Repairs or Returns If your product is not eligible for prepaid service, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. Pretty Garage Things do not supply return packaging—customers must ensure safe, protective packing.
🌍 Service Limitations
Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was originally purchased. If service is required outside the original country of purchase, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.
Pretty Garage Things repair or replace parts with those that meet local compliance standards.
⚖️ Legal Notes
This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Liability exclusions do not apply to:
Death or personal injury due to product defect.
Fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
